Refund Policy

The Automatic Trader is backed by a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, ask for a refund within 30 days of your order date and we will refund the full amount you paid. You don’t need to give a reason.

The guarantee applies to the purchase price of The Automatic Trader. The bonuses included with it are part of that purchase and are not refunded separately.

Contact us through the support chat on this website and tell us the email address you used for your order. Including your order number helps us find it faster.

We confirm your request and then process your refund.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Once we process a refund, your bank or card issuer usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days, depending on their own processing times.

A full refund ends your purchase: your access to The Automatic Trader, The Mystic Method and the bonuses that came with it is removed.

If we agree to a partial refund (for example, to resolve an issue with your order), you keep your lifetime access.

Outside the 30 day guarantee, refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion. If something has gone wrong with your order, please still contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Any optional offer you accept after your purchase, such as a free trial of additional tools that continues as a subscription, is separate from The Automatic Trader. Its own price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are shown to you before you accept it.

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first: we can usually resolve it the same day. Opening a chargeback with your bank instead of asking us for a refund may result in your access being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
