Your course and bonuses are delivered through our partner learning platform, where you set up an account after your purchase.

The Service is educational. It is not a broker, not an advisor, and does not place, manage, or execute trades on your behalf. You are solely responsible for every decision you make and every order you place.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you purchase, including the email address we use to set up your account and send your order details. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Your purchase is for you alone. You must not share your account, access links, or materials with anyone else, resell access, or use the Service on behalf of a third party without our written permission. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Automatic Trader is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, and nothing renews or is charged again automatically. The price is displayed on the checkout page and confirmed in your order receipt. By completing a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the amount shown.

After your purchase we may offer you optional extras, such as a free trial of additional tools. Any such offer is separate: it is only started if you accept it, and its price and renewal terms are shown to you before you do.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added to your order. Prices may change for future purchases.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to do any of the following:

We are not registered as an investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner in any jurisdiction.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence.

These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CandlePrimer regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
